The 2026 QX80 feels undeniably premium, with a decadent interior that is spacious, quiet, and feature-rich. Massaging and ventilated seats are available in the first and second rows, and the third row is roomy enough for adults. A 450-hp twin-turbo V-6 is standard and does a decent job of propelling all of that mass, but speed isn’t the QX80’s strong suit. Neither is its ride quality, which can feel stiff on rough pavement. For the QX80’s lofty starting price, you could circumvent both of those issues by buying a BMW X7 instead. For 2026, a new Sport trim replaces last year’s Sensory model as the penultimate option in the QX80 hierarchy. Despite its name, the Sport trim doesn’t add any additional performance. Its standout features are cosmetic, with a new crosshatched front grille, a more aggressive front bumper with a small splitter, black exterior trim, and dark 22-inch six-spoke wheels giving it a blacked-out look. Inside the cabin, the Sport features Dusk Blue and black leather seat inserts, dark chrome trim, a graphite-colored headliner, and dark brown wood trim on the doors and instrument panel. Other standard features on the Sport trim include a 24-speaker Klipsch audio system, massaging front seats, and 64-color ambient lighting.The price of the 2026 Infiniti QX80 starts at $85,940 and goes up to $114,385 depending on the trim and options. All QX80s are powered by a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 that makes 450 horsepower. Acceleration is brisk, and the engine’s sound remains muted even under heavy throttle. A nine-speed automatic is standard, and Pure and Luxe trims can be had with either rear- or all-wheel drive; Sport and Autograph models get all-wheel drive standard. An air-spring suspension system is included on all but the base Pure trim.
